Bugs Bunny always had a lean frame and now we know why. A UCLA/Louisiana State University dietary study's findings show that eating just one serving of salad or raw vegetables per day significantly boosts the likelihood of meeting the recommended daily intake of certain nutrients -- nutrients that help maintain a healthy weight, ward off heart disease and help control blood pressure and cholesterol.
